start time

can you tell me what the start time will be?

i am trying to arrange my flight out of talinn, which i understand to be about 3 or 4 hours away.

I did not quite get the question, i.e. how the start time relates to the outbound flight.
Are you travelling by a rental car or by bus?

Please see Bulletin No2 (link under Home) for the general timetable of the event. The start is 12 noon 13 September and the finish is 12 noon 14 September.

Please also see "Getting there" for the distances between Tallinn and the event site. If you travel by rental car, allow a minimum of 4 hours from Tallinn to the event site.

i was relating start time to finish time--obviously the same time 24 hrs later.
