2008-03-05 | About the Team Name The Teams Name, will be a Number?
It will be possible, to introduce a name-team or club, before the start competition?
Think about it, please.

2008-03-05 | It is true that in many rogaining events teams do have names. These are often quite funny and reflect the advanced creativity of rogainers. However, the rules of rogaining are silent on team names and as one can see from the protocols of the previous WRCs, team names have not been used at the WRCs: http://www.rogaining.com/p7_wrc.html
We have also considered that the WRC is a serious event and therefore decided that team names do not seem appropriate. It is true that some participants represent a club or perhaps want to advertise a sponsor through the team name. But there are also many participants who do not belong to any club, or team members are from different clubs. In case of mandatory team names they would be forced to think something up. Frankly speaking, except for fun and perhaps some advertisement, team names do not carry essential information.
Based on these considerations, WRC participants represent themselves and their country.
