Payment by credit card

It is possible to pay the entry fee and other fees also by credit card – Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to use this possibility, please send an e-mail to [email protected], indicating the team registration ID and the names of registered participants whose entry fee will be paid by the same credit card transaction. We will then send you a credit card authorization form, which you will have to fill out, sign and return to us by e-mail.

Is this process secure? Is the credit card number and details encrypted in some way? Please clarify.

Processing of payments is secure from us to the bank. We use a secure credit card terminal, which is installed by the bank. The only issue is whether you trust us. But the authorization form, where the authorized sum is indicated, is also a guarantee for yourself.
As the total volume of credit card payments for this event is relatively small, it would had been unproportionally costly to set up authorization of credit card payments over Internet. In case of doubt, please use bank transfer.

Dear organizing team, I've tried to send e-mail to [email protected] twice but it seams this e-mail box is either full or server does not work; no response till now. . . Is there any alternative e-mail?

This e-mail is neither full nor out of service, I am getting e-mails all the time and more are coming. I just sent a test e-mail from another address it came through.

as indicated in the bulletin and your mail will be forwarded.
