catering outside event times

do you know yet what sort of catering will be available at the event centre outside of the event hours?
Wondering whether we need to bring stove & food?

The commercial caterer has promised to be there:
Friday 12 September 5-8 pm
Saturday 13 September 7-12 am
Sunday 14 September 12-5 pm

They have in their menu: soup, grilled meat and grilled sausages with fried potatoes and salad, mashed potato porridge, pies and pastry, coffee/tea, fruits, beverages (fruit drinks, lemonade, beer), chocolates
For breakfast there will be porridge (manna, cereal).
