Changes and cancellations

We would like to remind you that as notified in Bulletins No2 and 3, from 1 September any changes in team composition (replacing a team member) are subject to a fee of 5 EUR. Therefore, please inform us about changes by 31 August to avoid the fee and ease our work.
Also, if you have to cancel your registration, please inform us by 31 August and we will reimburse part of the entry fee. In case of cancellations notified from 1 September onwards, the entry fee will not be reimbursed.

Is it allowed to change runners and increase the number of competitors within registred team?

Concerning change of runners, see the previous reply. Adding competitors to a registered team is subject to available vacancies. For the moment, due to withdrawal of some teams, there are 2 vacant places.
